Being a older first time home buyer, it's a vulnerable & humbling. From the first moment sitting across the table from Anna, I felt at ease, comfortable & very non-threatened. Buying during a sellers market was also a first for us. Anna listened to what was important to us for our family. We had a very, very specific area we were looking to keep our girls in the same schools. In addition, we had a modest budget. It was almost a 4 month process, looking at many houses. Anna was great to show us areas that we wanted, but also encouraged us to stretch beyond just a bit, still in the same schools. Her honesty, feedback, and thought process of making sure we were getting the "right" house for us. We also, experience getting a contract, and after inspection being disappointed it wasn't meant to be. We also were outbid on multiple houses. We shared many tears, laughs, knowing the right house is out there for us. Financing, can also be stressful. We used the recommended banks, inspectors, etc.. and we pleased with the professionalism they all had. Most of all, Anna is trustworthy, professional, and out for your best interests. Don't let her southern sweetness, think she won't go to bat for you. She did for us, coaching us to how we could get the most for our money, yet being fair. If want a detail oriented, people person in your court, she is the one to have on your team. We are now in the most perfect house ever, in a neighborhood we would have never looked at on our own, it's quiet, family oriented. Many memories are to come in this next chapter of our lives. We are forever grateful to have taken this journey with Anna, she is not just our realtor, she is a cherished friend now.

Never having used a realtor in 46 years of marriage and owning three houses in that time, we were more than a little nervous to go through the process when needing to sell. There was no doubt in my mind that Anna would be the one for the job when we were ready to purchase our home in Franklin!
